Sanders HallSanders Hall houses the offices of the administration, the ESL Department, the Copy Center, the Conference Room, the Teacher's Lounge, the Art Gallery, the Doctor's Office, and the locker rooms for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors. The building is named after Dr. Irwin T. Sanders, a former Dean of Students.

Ostrander HallOstrander Hall houses the English Language and Literature Department classrooms and offices, the IB Program Coordinator’s office, the computer lab for eighth-graders, the Cafeteria in the basement, Onda Café, and the library. Ostrander is also the location of Whitaker Auditorim. Named after Dr. Roger Whitaker, the first President of the College after its reopening, Whitaker Auditorium has a capacity of 435 seats. It is used for student performances (concerts, drama and musical performances, shows, etc.), guest speaker presentations, and regular informative student body meetings. The Ostrander Foyer is a multiuse space that serves primarily as a student center. Ostrander Hall was extensively renovated in the summer of 2007.
The Science BuildingThe Science Building houses the Science Department classrooms and offices: chemistry, physics, and biology labs, as well as two sports halls with equipment for indoor rock climbing, weight lifting, and gymnastics.
Building #5Building #5 houses the Mathematics and Computer Science Department, the Foreign Languages Department, and the Fine Arts classrooms and Music room, as well as the Concert Hall (180 seats), Reception, and the Alumni Relations, Development, and Admissions Office. The building was extensively renovated in 2001.

The Bulgarian Language Building
The Bulgarian Language Building houses the Bulgarian Language and Literature Department classrooms and offices. It is also the location of the External Programs Office. The Bulgarian Language Building was renovated in the summer of 2011.
Abbott HallAbbott Hall is the most recently acquired building of the college. It was named after Ms. Inez Abbott, who was in charge of girls’ education when the school was located in Samokov. This building houses the Liberal and Fine Arts Department offices and classrooms, the offices of Computer Science teachers and computer labs, one projection room, the Sports Department offices, three sports halls, and the security guards’ office.
The Arts BuildingThe Arts Building houses the ACS Museum, College Counseling Department, offices of the Arts program, video viewing rooms, dressing-rooms, and back stage access to Whitaker Auditorium.
