ACS Senior with Second Published Scientific Article

Congratulations to Vladislav Natchev!

September 29, 2025  – The American College of Sofia is proud to announce a significant scientific accomplishment by our student, Vladislav Natchev, a senior at the American College. On September 25, 2025, Vladislav published his second scientific article in the peer-reviewed and indexed journal Mathematics and Informatics Journal, presenting three newly formulated theorems. The paper, titled “A Generalization of the Collinearity of the Stereographic Projection Around the Lemoine Point,” builds upon the results of his first publication as a junior student.

Vladislav’s first scientific article, titled “Apollonian Sphere and Properties of Stereographic Projection around the Lemoine Point,” introduced and investigated a new geometric object in three-dimensional Euclidean space. It explored its applications in stereometry for discovering original geometric configurations and examined the implications of these constructions for the development of Olympiad geometry, presenting six newly formulated theorems.

Vladislav’s impressive achievement exemplifies the research spirit of ACS students and demonstrates their capacity for high-level scholarly accomplishments. This achievement reflects the American College of Sofia’s commitment to excellence in STEM education and highlights its recognition as an innovative school by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Bulgaria.
