RESIDENTIAL LIFE & WELLBEING COORDINATOR
Supervising students in the dormitory;
Monitoring social-emotional wellbeing;
Mentoring and coaching students;
Communicating with parents;
Collaborating with counselors and teachers;
Organizing community-building activities;
Responding to wellbeing concerns.
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Youth Development, or a related field (required).
Minimum two years of experience working with adolescents in a boarding school, residential life, school, youth program, or similar setting.
Experience providing pastoral care, mentoring, or student support.
Experience supervising students in a residential setting.
Experience planning and facilitating student development and community-building programs.
Experience collaborating with counselors, teachers, administrators, and families.
Experience managing sensitive student situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Adolescent social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Social-emotional learning (SEL) principles.
Trauma-informed practices.
Positive behavior support and restorative practices.
Child protection and safeguarding requirements.
Mental health awareness and appropriate referral practices.

Additional Qualifications:
Willingness to live on campus (apartment provided by the school)
Availability to work evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and during school events as required.
