Parent-Teacher Online Conferences

Online through Engage

Parent Teacher Conferences will be hosted online through the parent portal of the Engage information system.

There will be NO school for students on February 17, in order to allow more time for individual meetings.

The sections will be divided according to the following timetable:

9:00 am – 1:10 pm

1:50 pm – 5:50 pm

Grade 8    sections 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9

Grade 9    sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10

Grade 10  sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10

Grade 11  sections 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11

Grade 12  sections 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 11

Saturday, February 18, 2023

10:30 am – 2:40 pm

 

Grade 8    sections 1, 3, 6, 10

Grade 9    sections 1, 7, 9, 11

Grade 10  sections 1, 2, 8, 11

Grade 11  sections 2, 3, 4, 9

Grade 12  sections 2, 4, 6, 8, 9

Parents have been invited to sign up for ten-minute appointments with teachers of their child. It is important for both parents and teachers to follow these set appointments once they are made. Interpreters will be available for conferences with international teachers.
