National Debate Tournament on Campus

 

Last Saturday, April 16, The American College of Sofia hosted its second annual national debate competition.

We are delighted to announce that Team Bulgaria - the newly established national debate team - finished first and won the grand prize of 600 lv. Three ACS students made it into Team Bulgaria: Hale-Seda Radoykova, Gabriela Ivanova and Boyana Aatanasova.

Second place went to team ACS1: Nikola Mihlaylov, Joanna Dimitrova, and Nona Kadieva, who once again amazed everyone with their remarkable debating abilities. 

The Best Speaker award went to Viktoria Zamova from the Foreign Language School, Plovdiv.
